Mr. Majed Alsaadi believes that opportunity should be within reach of anyone willing to work for it. For over a decade, he has helped people find the right career path and helped organisations build strong, capable teams. As Managing Director of Yalla Consulting, a Dubai-based boutique HR and recruitment consultancy, he brings together business leadership, people development and a lasting commitment to helping others grow.

Majed grew up and worked between the United States and the UAE, which gave him a multicultural outlook and an ease in bridging different markets, communities and talent pools. He has led recruitment projects across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia, placing professionals from entry level to executive leadership. His work has involved collaborating with respected organisations including AlixPartners, Munich Re, Nakheel, Majid Al Futtaim and Randstad, across sectors from government and financial services to real estate, oil and gas, start-ups and NGOs. In addition, he has lectured and mentored students and graduates from universities across the region.

Majed holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from the University of Wollongong, Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He combines this academic grounding with hands-on experience to guide people through some of the biggest decisions of their working lives.

His connection to Syria is both personal and professional. Majed is deeply passionate about the country's future and sees enormous potential in its people: their resilience, their skills, their entrepreneurial spirit and a global diaspora eager to contribute. He believes that the strongest foundation for Syria's future is investment in people, through education, training, meaningful employment and access to opportunity. Having spent his career connecting talent with opportunity, he is committed to using his experience to support Syrian job seekers, young professionals and entrepreneurs as they build skills, confidence and careers, both at home and abroad.
